She was a loving partner to Ben, a cherished daughter to Richard and Heather, and a much-loved sister, aunt, and loyal friend to many. Those closest to her describe her as an extraordinary woman whose kindness and gentle strength touched everyone she met.

Known for her infectious energy, warm laugh, and sharp sense of humor, Claire had a way of lighting up every room she entered. Whether spending time with family, sharing moments with friends, or showcasing her creativity through her much-admired baking, she left a lasting impression on all who crossed her path.

Claireโ€™s love for her family knew no bounds. Friends say she embraced motherhood with unwavering devotion and pride, always placing her children first. As a partner, daughter, and friend, she was a constant source of support, compassion, and encouragement โ€” someone others could rely on without hesitation.

A celebration of Claireโ€™s life will be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Saturday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m. In keeping with Claireโ€™s vibrant personality, attendees are invited to wear their brightest colours as a tribute to the joy and light she brought into the lives of others.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Claireโ€™s memory to The Great North Air Ambulance, an organization whose work holds special meaning. Contributions will be gratefully received on the day of the service.

Following the ceremony, family, friends, and those wishing to pay their respects are welcome to gather at The Village Hotel, Silverlink, to continue sharing memories and celebrating Claireโ€™s life.

In the wake of this sudden and devastating loss, a fundraising page has been established to help support Ben, Faye, and George as they navigate the challenges ahead.
