It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we remember Clayton Hendrix, whose life was tragically taken following a fatal motorcycle crash in Hagerstown, Maryland. At just 20 years old, Clayton’s passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.<\/p>\n

According to the Hagerstown Police Department, the tragic collision occurred on Friday, July 17, at approximately 5:09 p.m. in the 1700 block of Dual Highway. The crash involved a motorcycle and a Subaru. Despite the efforts of first responders, Clayton was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n

The driver of the Subaru was transported to Meritus Medical Center with injuries that authorities described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

The Hagerstown Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene and has launched a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision. Once the investigation has been completed, its findings will be submitted to the Washington County State’s Attorney’s Office for review and to determine whether any charges are appropriate. At this time, officials have not released additional details as the investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n
