In Loving Memory of Quan \u201cLoveIs Blind\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

With profound sorrow and heartfelt sympathy, we remember the life of Quan, affectionately known as “LoveIs Blind,” whose untimely passing has left family, friends, and the Rochester community mourning an unimaginable loss. His departure has created a void that words cannot adequately express, and those who knew him are left holding onto cherished memories of a life that touched so many.<\/p>\n

According to the Rochester Police Department, officers responded to the E.L. Tower apartment building on South Avenue at approximately 7:00 a.m. after receiving reports of an incident. Upon arrival, they found an adult man in the parking lot suffering from severe injuries after falling from a 17th-floor apartment. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have stated that, based on the investigation, there is no indication of criminal activity involved in the incident at this time.<\/p>\n

While the circumstances surrounding Quan’s passing are heartbreaking, those who loved him choose to focus on the person he was rather than the tragedy that claimed his life.<\/p>\n

Quan, known by many as “LoveIs Blind,” carried a spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Whether through his warm personality, genuine conversations, infectious laughter, or the kindness he extended to others, he had a way of making people feel seen and appreciated.
