Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered Alexis deceased and a male subject inside the residence. Investigators later determined that an argument between Alexis and another individual escalated into gunfire, resulting in the devastating loss of her life.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities have arrested 23-year-old Tiajae Silas Paige of Roanoke, who has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the incident. As the legal process moves forward, the community continues to grieve while seeking comfort and healing during this unimaginable time.<\/p>\n<p>While the circumstances surrounding Alexis\u2019 passing are heartbreaking, those who knew and loved her choose to remember the beautiful person she was rather than the tragedy that claimed her life.
