Highway tragedies affect far more than those directly involved—they leave lasting emotional scars on loved ones, coworkers, emergency responders, and entire communities.

As the investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety continues, many questions remain unanswered. While authorities work to determine exactly what led to this collision, the greatest priority is offering comfort and support to the families grieving such an overwhelming loss.
