In Loving Memory of Harley Dempsey

With heavy hearts, we remember and honor the life of Harley Dempsey, whose passing has brought profound sadness to family, friends, and the wider community. Harley tragically lost their life following a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning, July 14, along U.S. 119 in Meta, Kentucky.

According to the Kentucky State Police, the collision occurred at approximately 10:39 a.m. Preliminary findings indicate that Harley was operating a Mitsubishi Eclipse when it became involved in a collision with a Chevrolet Traverse driven by Stony Blackburn. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Harley was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Pike County Coroner’s Office.

The sudden loss of a loved one is a heartbreak that words can never truly ease. Moments like these remind us how precious and fragile life is, and how quickly everything can change. As family members begin the difficult journey of grieving, they are surrounded by the thoughts, prayers, and heartfelt condolences of those whose lives were touched by Harley.
