Despite the rapid response of emergency personnel, he was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.

Authorities identified the driver of the SUV as 73-year-old Robert M. Brhel of Fabius, who was not injured in the collision. New York State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash to determine exactly what led to this devastating event.
