Authorities reported that Wyatt, 23, of McHenry, was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when the vehicle crossed the centerline into the southbound lane and collided head-on with a 2019 GMC Sierra. Despite the swift response of law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel, both drivers sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene. A passenger in the GMC Sierra was seriously injured and transported to a nearby medical center for treatment. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
