According to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, Haverhill Police were dispatched following reports of the crash. Upon arrival, first responders found Elijah pinned beneath the ATV. He was immediately transported to Merrimack Health Lawrence Hospital, where medical staff worked urgently to save him. Despite their efforts, Elijah’s life could not be saved.
