Upon arrival, emergency responders found Rheannon Robbins and a second victim, a 25-year-old woman, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, both women were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators later identified Lorenzo Coleman, 25, of Immokalee, as the suspect in the shooting. Authorities stated that Coleman was known to both victims before fleeing the area in a white Dodge Challenger as deputies responded to the scene.

A short time later, at approximately 10:00 a.m., deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Lone Star Lane in Lehigh Acres, where Coleman was located and taken into custody without incident. Officials confirmed there was no ongoing threat to the public following his arrest. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking case, and authorities have stated that charges remain pending as the investigation moves forward.
