The community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Joshua Phillips Roberts, 41, of Brundidge, following a fatal ATV crash early Saturday morning on Coffee County Road 111.

According to the Coffee County Coroner’s Office, the tragic incident occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Coffee County Road 111, about 15 miles north of Enterprise. Joshua was operating an ATV when the vehicle struck a deer, causing him to be ejected.

Despite the circumstances, Joshua could not be saved. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The news of his passing has brought profound sadness to his family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. At just 41 years old, Joshua’s life came to an unexpected end, leaving behind memories that will forever be treasured by those closest to him.
